Welcome to #macintosh's official website

Welcome to the official pages for the macintosh community from #macintosh on the oz.org internet relay chat (irc) network.

#macintosh was formed sometime in 1996 shortly after oz.org was founded in March 1996.

Originally it was a place to provide help to other Macintosh users. Over the years it has grown into a strong and thriving community that spans many different nationalities, ages, creeds and interests.

Many people have come and gone but there are still many of the "old timers" still online. It is thanks to all - the current members, the past members and to oz.org that #macintosh exists as it does today.

Enjoy your time on #macintosh!

What's new on this website - 8th March, 2005

The community pages have been further developed with the focus still being on the Tibetan Child Sponsorship project. Just click on community above to see the latest developments- some more email exchanges as the details are finally nutted out.

Have also begun to finalise the structure of the Tibetan Sponsorship Project content, bearing in mind the additions that will be added as I have time.

More to come.

Also there will be links to member sites who maintain information about #macintosh's members - such as your birthday so we can put it in the topic :)
